I always react badly to the word "degustation". Maybe it's the resemblance to words like "digestion" and "disgust", or the fact that I always have to pause before Weird word for such a delicious thing. Degustation is a French culinary term meaning "a careful, appreciative tasting of various foods".  It comprises multiple small courses which are often paired with wine.The degustation menu at Restaurant Amuse.

I first heard about Restaurant Amuse when I joined as a writer with Dine for Life. Interviewing owner Carolynne Troy and then learning about the dozens of awards that she and her husband - and head chef - Hadleigh Troy have earned.
